Patrick W. Kelly, J.D. brings 36 years of experience as an attorney for services on your behalf.  He attended Crosier (Onamia) and St. John's (Collegeville) Seminaries for high school, college and post-graduate training.  He then taught high school Latin and English classes in Las Vegas, Nevada and Park Rapids.  He subsequently commenced and completed an M.A. degree in Theology at St. John's.  Thereafter, he returned to teaching at Anna Maria College in Massachusetts and later at Benilde High School in Minnesota.  He then completed his law school training and earned his J.D. degree at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. 

Upon his admission to the Minnesota State Bar on April 22, 1974, Mr. Kelly began his career as an attorney at the Stearns County Attorney's Office in St. Cloud.  He then briefly worked in the firm of Jensen and Kelly.  Mr. Kelly has been the head of his own firm in Minneapolis and Woodbury for the past 31 years. 

Mr. Kelly is presently admitted to all Minnesota and United States Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. 

Mr. Kelly now exclusively focuses his practice on Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability Cases. 

Mr. Kelly resides in Woodbury with his wife, Kristine, a nursing instructor, and their daughter, Caitlin.  He also enjoys spending time with his family at their lake home in Cold Spring, Minnesota.
